- Steel Cap boots for all operational work on jobsites or in warehouse
- Wear high-vis shirt at all times
- New staff – must wear BRANDED vest or shirt if offered, to show you are a part of our team
- Following 3 month probation – must wear BRANDED supplied high-vis shirt.
- It is recommended you wear sunscreen and a sun hat for all outdoor shifts
- Bring sufficient food and water for a long shift
EMPLOYEE EXPECTATIONS
- Please be on time and accountable for your rostered shifts
- Mobile phones must be LEFT IN YOUR BAG (unless you are managing a job site / delivery)
- We work as a team! Slacking off creates more work for others – and will result in less shifts! Work together to get the job done ~ efficiently and safely.
TO START WORK YOU MUST HAVE COMPLETED ONBOARDING INDUCTION DOCUMENTS AND CLOCK IN/OUT USING YOUR APP FOR EVERY SHIFT
After you have completed the above form AND your account has been created by management, you can complete the next steps.
Set up EH Payroll Account (or to check why you can’t clock in):

Set up EH app:
| Open Employment Hero app, click profile icon and ‘add account’. Log in with your PAYROLL email and new password. Click ‘WORK’ button and make sure it says ‘Payroll’ | APPLE | SAMSUNG |
| ROSTER | You are expected to be on time and accountable for your rostered shifts
· View your upcoming rostered shifts. *Ignore rostered end times – the nature of event work …. we are finished work when the installation/dismantle is complete! · You must arrive to start your shift ON TIME – if you need time to have a coffee or prepare – please arrive earlier so your start time is working time |

| CLOCK IN/OUT | This is an automated feature to ensure your pay is accurate
· Clock on when starting at rostered time at your workplace **earlier only if manager asks · If you have done it wrong, add a note – ie: ‘started 630am forgot to clock in’ etc, this will be checked and fixed when your timesheet is approved (don’t make this a habit, you are creating more work for your manager) · Clock out when you have finished work and manager has confirmed day is completed |

| BREAKS | BREAKS ARE TO BE TAKEN – automatically deducted- do not need to clock in/out of breaks
· Work 4hrs or more = 10mins deducted · Work 6hrs or more = 40mins deducted |

| LEAVE | All employees must add unavailability/leave to app – do not just ‘tell’ manager
· Casual employees add ‘unavailability’ if cannot work a future date. This is to ensure you will not be rostered (and have a no-show marked on your name). · Permanent employee, must ‘Request Leave’ and have it approved |
